Microsoft wants to encourage parents to understand the media (specifically videogames) that their kids are so enamored with, and to that end the megacorporation has just launched the “Get Game Smart” campaign. Centering on a main hub website, Get Game Smart offers families a number of resources to help facilitate discussion of media appropriateness including “up-to-date reports on video gaming, information about new technology and digital media tips and suggestions from other families, campaign partners and a variety of experts.”
