I really like this list. I will try to read it weekly. I have a website call safemeetingnow.com that is designed to help with online and offline safety issues. Please check it out and let me know what you think and if there is any way I can end up in this weekly roundup that would be cool. Again whether you check out my site or not I plan on reading your stuff because it does provide some valuable information especially since I am trying to break into the online safety market.

I am facing the reality of virtual tech being used to harass me by none other than microsoft. i have tried to understand and track what i thought was a local criminal element. since nov 10 2010 at least i have watch my router password and logs changes to prevent the data from being collected. only in the past 2 months have i turned toward the updates as the only means possible to virtualize my countless reinstalls. all by the same virtual tech that wasn't supposed to run on an xp for example. panther and side by side, visual basic and staged tasks, even toiling as i resisted to block individual registry changes via permissions. So much data lost but still some to prove my point that privacy attacks from the most trusted is one's weakest link...always. i am able to prove at least the theoretical if I can't access my ever depleting data, I try to stay on top but I am losing the battle.

i am on linkedin and face book my i will put but is there really anyone truly interested in a free society by protecting privacy? i dare to think i was the last to try to resist.

i will send personal info via email. this is no joke.

please reference san jose mercury news jan 3 of this year for a article that I thought was going to be about engineer (me) trying to find the momentum to rejoin the tech community. for some reason we are discarded despite the proven abilities. I can prove that I have some usefulness for at least a few more weeks. this has driven me to near homelessness as I have lost all credibility trying to hold others accountable for unlawful acts.

i believe the genesis of this is my criminal accusations against the powerful judicial and executive wings of Marin County's government.

i have never been convicted of a crime but they got close. only able to reduce my charges to an infraction since that prevented a jury trial. on appeal the case illegally languishes on the judges' desk, so i'm told. this included to show i have a progression of escalation since i tried to point out that the poor are not given any legal representation in Marin. What a big bite that turned out to be, if this can be tracked down to the microsoft security team acting upon good faith and implementing what appears to be some sort of all data capture and including web (video and audio) and of course keylogging. nothing i've tried stops just slows down and pisses someone off so turn the screw tighter but i have no idea what I can do to stop it. so i am trying to make public the abuse of internal privacy violations.
